No need to pay. It’s a monthly subscription model where you only pay for 1 Month.

What do I do if the merchant asks for extra money when I reach the venue to avail it?
We request you to write to us if you face such a situation, in order to help us take necessary action. Nevertheless, good service can be rewarded with a smile or a tip. Please choose whatever suits you best.

How many offers can I accept/redeem at one time?
You can accept/redeem as many offers as you want.

How will I get a confirmation once I buy a deal?
Once the deal is confirmed it will show in your "My Offers". Please go through all the terms and conditions again and do not click on "Unlock the deal" option unless you are ready to avail the service and are present at the venue with the merchant.

How do I redeem a deal that I've purchased through Big Worth?
You need to go to the app and click on "My Offers" or you can also go to Wallet - Claim offers button; you will find all the deals purchased by you. All the deals will have the respective booking and expiry date. You can click on the deal to read the terms and conditions. Show the code to the merchant to redeem the deal.

What do I do if I don't see a deal under in "My Offers" in the app?

Do I need to take a print out of it?

Are the deals time bound or I can avail them anytime?
Yes, the deals are for a limited period. Please read the expiry date carefully. All purchased deals have the respective booking and expiry dates.

Do I need to take a prior appointment at the Store after taking the deal?
No. You can visit the store anytime to redeem the offer .

What if the merchant refuses to honor my deal?

Do I get an alert before my voucher is about to expire?
Your order page will have the booking and expiry dates with the respective deals. Please go to the deals section and be on time for availing your awesome purchases.

How can I cancel the deal?
No. Once Deal is selected; you cannot cancel it.

Once I cancel, how will I get my refund?
In case you have not selected any offer from Big Worth, you can raise a request for refund after 10 days from the date of the Invoice upload. (No Instant Gratification or Deal should have been accepted by you).

For how long do I have to wait for my refund?
Refund will be processed after 90 days duration is finished for Invoice Duration (not coherent). Our representatives will get in touch with you for bank details and verification of your Invoice Uploaded. Please ensure that invoice uploaded is a proper GST Invoice. After the Invoice is validated at the time of Refund request and approved, a mail will be sent to you confirming that the refund is approved and will be processed along with timeline.
